Refund policy

At Shaded, we want you to love every piece you purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with tags attached and free from stains, odors, makeup, or deodorant marks. Items that don’t meet these conditions will not be accepted. Shipping and handling charges may apply.

To start a return, email us at business@shadedthebrand.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide further instructions on how to send it back. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Exchanges

We are currently working on setting up an official exchange process. In the meantime, if you need a different size or color, feel free to email us at business@shadedthebrand.com, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives! If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, reach out to us immediately at business@shadedthebrand.com, and we’ll tell you the procedures to follow.

Non-Returnable Items
    •    Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
    •    Gift cards are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at business@shadedthebrand.com.
